In the center of Saint-Vincent, the restaurant Gisa is a typical cheered and refined during the winter months the heat of the fireplace. The kitchen, in the more than twenty years of business, is run by the wife of the owner with proposals that vary from season to season, from local specialties to fresh fish dishes such as sushi and Mediterranean sword salmon or risotto with shrimp and curry.

The menu boasts traditional flow of quality as the crepes, the dishes with mushrooms and truffles in season, deer stew with polenta and "escalopes De Tiller", dish dedicated to the native writer Jean-Baptiste De Tiller.
