Roero: the way of honey

Roero, as indeed throughout the Piemonte, beekeeping is a traditional practice from remote times and today the production of honey, this sweet food and so natural, respects the canons of a deeply rooted historical tradition.
Route Honey is spread almost entirely on the route of incredible beauty rocks that are absolutely unique from geology, morphology, flora, fauna and landscape values further strengthened by the historical, cultural and artistic activities, represented by villages top that dot these hills.
