The Village was founded in 1992 by an idea of Mr. Baffa Massimo, and Ms. Ierardi Francesca, with the intent to build an oasis of comfort and relaxation. The village has developed over the years creating structures to meet and give comfort to all those who want to stay there. In particular, there are: the football field "Ampollino" regulatory retreat of football clubs of Serie A - B - C, complete with all necessary facilities, the airfields "Franca", designed to ensure and improve tourism links national and international, as well as a service to the State Forestry and Fire Brigade and the restaurant "Eno Fly", in the green park of the Village. Also soon be born the Wellness Center, a total area of 8500 square meters and consists of huts used in beauty center, gym and fitness center.

Since August 2009, has opened a go kart Max-kart ": about 650 meters long, between curves, hairpin turns and long straight start.
