In Rione Prati, between the Lungotevere delle Armi, and Piazza Mazzini, Trattoria Cacio e Pepe was founded in 1964 by the passion of the
parents of Giovanni, the Roman cuisine. The
current owner, who has maintained the authenticity of foods prepared at
home and bring to the table and taste the flavors of the past.
